About us
Auctum GmbH is an owner-managed logistics service provider based in Schorfheide, Barnim district — around 50 kilometres north of Berlin on the A11 motorway corridor.
On 1,400 m² of warehouse space we unload containers and trucks, inspect and label goods, prepare shipments for Amazon FBA as well as for UPS, DHL and GLS, and handle storage and returns processing — strictly B2B.
Our team works in German, English, Chinese and Arabic. For goods flows between China and Germany that means packing lists in the original, supplier communication without translation loss and fast clarification of variances.
We operate as an independent service provider according to the published requirements of Amazon and the major parcel carriers — with documented workflows, clear prices and a binding response to every request within 12 hours.
