- We ship consolidated to Amazon, carriers and warehouses — deliberately no B2C single-parcel shipping. That keeps processes fast and prices predictable.

- No — we only accept customs-cleared goods and never act as importer of record (IOR). On request we can recommend experienced customs agents; customs clearance remains with you or your broker.

By default we ship on your UPS account with your labels. You keep control of rates and tracking — we handle physical preparation and handover.
Are you a UPS partner?
No — we are an independent logistics provider with no partnership with UPS. We prepare shipments according to UPS’s published requirements.
