How much does unloading a 40 ft container cost?
A palletized 40 ft container starts at €250 net; a 20 ft container at €145. Loose-loaded (floor-stacked) cargo starts at €690 for 40 ft (up to 1,800 cartons) or €395 for 20 ft (up to 900 cartons), because every carton is handled, counted and palletized individually. All prices apply under the base conditions: customs-cleared, non-hazardous goods, a booked time slot and a free ramp. Surcharges — for express handling or multiple destinations, for example — are itemized transparently before you place the order. You receive a binding confirmation within 12 hours after we review your shipment documents.
What does the cross-docking package include?
The cross-docking packages cost €500 for a 20 ft and €700 for a 40 ft container (palletized, net). Included: unloading, sorting to up to 3 destinations, reloading, a guaranteed 24-hour slot, a photo and count report, and one week of free storage. Loose-loaded containers and shipments with more than 3 destinations are quoted individually. The benefit: your goods keep moving toward Amazon, a 3PL or the end customer without interim warehousing — saving both time and storage cost.
How fast do I get a binding quote?
You receive a binding quote within 12 hours after your shipment documents arrive (packing list, commercial invoice if applicable). The one-time €95 setup fee is fully credited against the first €500 invoiced. Important: goods must arrive customs-cleared — ImportPrep never acts as importer of record; dangerous goods only with prior written approval. Complete FBA prep is size-tiered from €0.45/unit (minimum 150 units per SKU, €75 minimum order).
