Emergency slot for forwarders
If a customs-cleared B2B container has been rejected, arrives early or meets an overloaded dock, we can check a short-notice unloading slot in Schorfheide on the A11. Palletised cargo takes priority; loose cartons require separate labour and timing.

- ✓ Confirmation that the goods are customs-cleared
- ✓ Load type: palletised or loose, with loose cargo clearly flagged
- ✓ Expected arrival window
- ✓ Photos of the load where available
Reply during staffed hours
We review complete requests during staffed hours, Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–14:00. Our general response commitment is 12 hours; a dock time becomes binding only after document review.

FAQ
Is an emergency slot guaranteed?
No. We confirm a slot only after reviewing the documents, load type and actual dock capacity. The confirmation states the binding arrival window.
Can uncleared goods be delivered?
No. Goods must be customs-cleared before delivery, and ImportPrep never acts as importer of record.
Do you accept loose cartons?
Yes, after prior review. Loose cargo requires hand unloading and a different labour and time plan from palletised cargo.
What happens if the truck is late?
Report the change immediately by phone or WhatsApp. We will check whether the slot can move, but cannot automatically extend a confirmed window when the dock is busy.
Can the goods be distributed after unloading?
Yes. Palletised cargo can use a cross-dock package that includes sorting to up to three destinations, reloading, a 24-hour slot and one week of storage.
