What does the base container price cover?
The base price applies to non-hazardous, customs-cleared goods, a pre-booked appointment within business hours, hand-able cartons (up to approx. 23 kg), carton count within the agreed limit and no unannounced waiting times. Sorting, detailed inspection and palletisation are additional services.
Do you accept uncleared containers?
No, we only accept customs-cleared goods and never act as importer of record. Requests with unclear customs status are checked manually and we can refer experienced customs brokers if needed.
How fast is a 40 ft container unloaded?
Palletised containers usually within 1–2 hours; loose-loaded 40 ft containers typically within one working day depending on carton count.
What happens if the count differs from the packing list?
Every variance is recorded in the unload report and sent to you with photos — as evidence for claims against supplier or insurer.
