Amazon FBA Prep

We handle the full FBA preparation of your goods in our 1,400 m² warehouse in Schorfheide, north of Berlin: receiving your shipments, quantity and visual inspection, FNSKU labelling, repackaging, polybagging and palletisation to Amazon requirements — right through to final delivery to Amazon fulfilment centres. Quote requests are answered within 12 hours.

FBA Prep Berlin/Brandenburg

Our prep centre is in Schorfheide (Barnim district), around 50 km north of Berlin on the A11 corridor — close to Amazon locations in the region, the Berlin ring road (A10) and the port of Szczecin (~83 km). For sellers in Berlin and Brandenburg that means fast delivery, direct communication and Brandenburg cost levels instead of Berlin warehouse rates.

Container Unloading

We unload 20 ft and 40 ft containers as well as trucks and trailers at our warehouse in Schorfheide near Berlin — palletised cargo from €76.50 per 20 ft container, loose-loaded cartons from €252. Every unload includes carton count, pack-list reconciliation, photo documentation of visible damage and sorting to your instructions.

Truck Unloading

We unload trucks, articulated trailers and swap bodies in Schorfheide near Berlin — palletised goods from €3.56 per pallet, loose cartons from €1.58 per carton. Counting, reconciliation with freight documents and photo documentation of damage are always included.

Cross-Docking

With cross-docking we unload your inbound shipment, sort it by destination or recipient and reload it directly — no storage, no storage costs. Ideal when containers from overseas need to be split across multiple recipients in Germany and the EU.

UPS Shipment Preparation

We prepare your cartons and pallets for dispatch with UPS: sorting by destination, printing and applying your UPS labels, checking barcode readability, consolidating the shipment and handing over to the driver. We are an independent service provider and work to UPS’s published packaging and labelling guidelines.

DHL Shipment Preparation

We make your goods ready for DHL dispatch: sort cartons, print and apply your DHL labels, check barcodes, consolidate shipments and hand over to DHL. As an independent provider we follow DHL’s published guidelines for parcels and pallets.

GLS Shipment Preparation

For dispatch with GLS we sort your cartons, apply your GLS labels, check barcode readability and hand over the consolidated shipment to GLS. We are an independent provider and follow GLS’s published packaging guidelines.

Quality Control

We inspect your goods before they move on: visual condition check, reconciliation of quantity, model and barcode against your brief, photo documentation of damage and a clear report on shortages, overages and defects. Non-conforming goods are stopped — nothing goes out that could be rejected.

Returns Management

We receive your Amazon and online-shop returns, log every unit, inspect and grade condition, photograph where needed, relabel and restock — or send back to you consolidated. On request we also handle documented disposal of non-sellable goods.

Long-Term Storage

We store your cartons, pallets and inventory in our 1,400 m² warehouse in Schorfheide near Berlin — from €2.93 per cubic metre per week, with 14 days free initial storage on prep jobs. Reduced rates with a monthly minimum apply for long-term and larger volumes.

Pre-Amazon Storage

Instead of paying high Amazon storage fees, buffer your stock with us in Schorfheide and send it to Amazon only when your inventory needs it. The first 14 days are free on prep jobs; after that our standard rate applies from €2.93 per m³ per week.

China Import Handling

We specialise in shipments from China: our team speaks Chinese, reads Chinese and English packing lists in the original and resolves label, quantity and model variances directly with your supplier or forwarder — without translation loss. After unloading and inspection we prep goods for Amazon FBA or distribute them across Germany and the EU.
