- We ship consolidated to Amazon, carriers and warehouses — deliberately no B2C single-parcel shipping. That keeps processes fast and prices predictable.

- No — we only accept customs-cleared goods and never act as importer of record (IOR). On request we can recommend experienced customs agents; customs clearance remains with you or your broker.

FAQ
What minimum quantity makes FBA prep worthwhile?
We prep from 150 units per SKU with a €75 minimum order. Pricing is size-tiered: small (<30 cm, <1 kg) from €0.45, standard (<45 cm, <5 kg) €0.62, large (<60 cm, <12 kg) €0.98, oversize (>60 cm or >12 kg) €2.95 per unit. From 5,000 units per month you get a 8 % discount, from 20,000 units 14 %.
Do you work directly with Amazon?
No. We are an independent logistics provider and prepare your goods according to Amazon’s published requirements. There is no partnership with or certification by Amazon.
How quickly are goods ready to ship after arrival?
Standard jobs are usually processed within 24–48 hours of goods receipt, depending on quantity and scope. The binding schedule is confirmed with the quote.
What happens to goods that fail inspection?
Non-conforming units are held back, photographed and discussed with you before any next step — rework, return or documented disposal. Nothing leaves the warehouse for Amazon that could be rejected.
