Frequently asked questions
The most important answers at a glance. Missing a question? We reply to every request within 12 hours.
How quickly do I receive a quote?
Within 12 hours of receiving your request with shipment documents you will receive a binding response.
Do you accept uncleared goods or dangerous goods?
No. We only accept customs-cleared, non-dangerous goods. Corresponding requests are checked manually and we can refer suitable customs partners if needed.
Do you also ship individual parcels to end customers?
No — we deliberately operate purely B2B: consolidated outbounds to Amazon, carriers, warehouses or your business customers. No B2C fulfilment.
Are you partnered with Amazon, UPS, DHL or GLS?
No. We are an independent service provider and prepare shipments according to the published requirements of these companies — without partnership or endorsement by them.
In which languages can we work?
German, English, Chinese (中文) and Arabic — also for documents such as packing lists and supplier communication.
What documents do you need for a quote?
Ideally packing list, commercial invoice where applicable and — for FBA — the shipment plan. The more complete the documents, the more accurate the quote.
How are your prices structured?
Transparent starting prices per unit, carton, pallet or container, plus clearly defined surcharges (e.g. express, oversize, multiple destinations). All prices net in EUR.
Are there minimum quantities or base fees?
No setup fee. Starting prices sometimes require minimum quantities (e.g. full FBA prep from €0.27 from 2,000 matching units); below that tiered prices apply.
How quickly is my goods processed?
Standard: 24–48 hours after goods receipt. Express by surcharge by arrangement.
Can I expand my storage volume later?
Yes — space and services grow with you; long-term and volume terms are agreed contractually.
