Do you handle customs clearance?
No — we only accept customs-cleared goods and never act as importer of record (IOR). On request we can recommend experienced customs agents; customs clearance remains with you or your broker.
My supplier only speaks Chinese — is that a problem?
No, quite the opposite: our team communicates directly in Chinese with your supplier or forwarder — on variances, documents or scheduling.
Can you split goods across multiple EU recipients?
Yes — we sort by recipient, build single-recipient pallets and hand over to your carriers or forwarders (sorting surcharge per the price list).
