Do I need a German company or address?
Not for logistics — you ship from any EU country, we handle the physical operation in Germany. Tax and trade law (e.g. VAT registration) clarify with your tax advisor; we are no tax or customs representative.
From what volume is market entry worthwhile?
From one pallet. Ideal are recurring monthly shipments with manageable SKU number and goods that need no complex assembly.
Can you deliver directly to German retailers and distributors?
Yes — we ship full cartons and pallets to your B2B recipients in Germany and the EU, by GLS, UPS, DHL or pallet freight per shipment.
What happens with returns?
We receive consolidated returns, store them or send them back consolidated to you — individual customer returns service is deliberately not offered.
